SMS TERMS OF SERVICE

Program Description
ManageCo, a division of Burnett Management, Inc., provides SMS text messaging services for account notifications, service updates, maintenance coordination, and responsive customer support for tenants and property owners. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive both automated and non-automated text messages at the number you provide.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by account activity and service needs. Messages may include rent reminders, maintenance scheduling, service updates, lease notifications, and responses to inquiries. Most users receive between 2 and 10 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number through a rental application, lease agreement, renewal document, resident portal registration, maintenance request, or by initiating contact through text message, you consent to receive SMS messages related to property management services. Consent is optional, and alternative communication methods are available. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.

How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying with one of the following keywords:
STOP
CANCEL
END
QUIT
UNSUBSCRIBE
REVOKE
STOPALL

After sending an opt-out request, you will receive a confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
